  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff.
