  Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. Furniture barely fits in room so we did a little rearranging to make it work for us. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Window in room opens wide and we were thankful for that during London's heat spell. - The receptionist made us feel at home once we checked in. Very helpful and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins away max by bus.

  I absolutely loved my stay at The Kingsway Hotel. I was made to feel so welcomed and safe. The staff are super friendly and you do really see that it is a well run, professional family run hotel.   The staff were all very helpful especially the lady on reception. I came with my Dad and his mobility is limited but nothing was to much trouble. Fortunately he had a room on the ground floor. This was very helpful for him. I want to thank you for doing that.
