  Great location near 2 tube stations! Quite small and the rooms on the top floor at first was difficult to find (behind 2 fire doors!) Great place to stay with a fun vibe. ATM machine in the building and computers downstairs - Opposite Kensington gardens and Hyde park you can walk acrid the park to Harrods and Harvey nicks

  This is a great hotel for people who want to have immediate access to central london but want to stay away from all the noise of the centre. The location is excellent and literally round the corner from Queensway tube station which is just 4 stops away from Oxford Circus.   I needed a basic, good value, clean, convenient room for an overnight stay where a location near Paddington station was a key requirement. I had a small double room with ensuite bathroom/shower. The room (and, it appeared, the whole hotel) has undergone recent refurbishment and so all of the decor and decoration was new and the furniture appeared ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » up to date. The room had good soundproofing from the road and was at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom facilities all worked perfectly. My room - Stayed at Hotel June 12/15. Mature Couple. Small but comfortable hotel. Clean and well kept. Located 50 yards from Bayswater Road and 150 yards from Queensway. Very good front desk staff who were most helpful with getting us in with an early arrival time. They were excellent throughout the stay and assisted with anything we wanted. Would recommend this location to anyone requiring an inexpensive but adequate hotel.

When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... mitä ihmiset sanovat » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
