  The apartment is 5 mins walk to Bayswater tube station and a minute more to Queensway station so it's really convenient to have stations that serve different lines - makes planning routes much easier. On the way there are lots of eateries (halal ones too, including Subway), supermarkets and a nearby mall, so the location was great.   The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall.
