  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. The service for breakfast was very good, and the selection was adequate. - Excellent Quality of Service, was up... mitä ihmiset sanovat » graded to Executive Room FOC on arrival. Full English Breakfast, while pricey compared to others, was excellent but then this is 5* London so fair value. We chose this hotel based on quality and location for the Royal Albert Hall (5 min walk at most).
