  Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets.   Unforgettable fabulous stay in London Thanks to letsbookhotel.com, I have been fortunate enough to stay at The Hotel Strand Continental for an affordable price, during my recent trip to London. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee as much as you'd like. There was stairs but we didn't mind. We arrived at 10am and our room had already been cleaned so we were told to go straight in. Lovely. Would stay here again

  helpfull staff. nice and polite. well organized. easy to reach the hostel which is literally only 5' walk from great portland street. very close to the center. there is a bar inside the building offering drinks, snacks, pizza, breakfast, sandwiches at reasonable prices. the bedroom and the lobby were clean. the entire building is in good condition... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s. - For an midle age man i was a bit worried to find myself inbetween teenagers but arriving there i was surprised to find that all guest ages was different and well mixed The hotel itself was wonderfull and clean and close to oxford circus and all the shoping street This is the first time i slept well in a hotel in london

  I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a compact kitchenette/cupboard system with sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and a portable ceramic hob ring so I was able to make a simple bre... mitä ihmiset sanovat » akfast. I would however find it a bit more challenging to cook anything too grand. Overall I was very happy with to apartment and would spouse them ag - Firstly, the accomodation was right off two main tube stops which was extremely handy in terms of getting there. Upon arrival, the staff were extra friendly and helpful as we arrived a couple of hours before check in (they held our luggage). The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and fit for purpose. When checking out the staff kindly agreed tp extend our checkout time (10am) by 2 hours which was a godsend.

  I loved the location, really central London. I was happy that the room provided a bed, a desk, and in the halls there was a kitchen with microwave, so it was possible to save money on a study trip to London. Very convenient for the British Library.   The service was AMAZING! The contact was absolutly stunning and i've never been so taken care of by an hotel before. They really cared and were so sweet to us. It's pretty close to the City if you're up for a walk. The price was all right too. We could come here again, just for the service! I also liked that the hotel was open 24/7 so you didn't have to worry about getting back there too late. Another thing that I appreciated were the guards outside when it got late, because it felt more safe. All in all I'm very happy with my stay there and I'd recommend The Generator to anyone going to London - The bar in the hostel is awesome. The general atmosphere of the place is great - definitely the way to go if you want to meet other young people and have a damn good time. Drinks prices in the bar weren't too bad - £2.20 on all drinks (except doubles!) and the kareoke was fun. Staff were very friendly too.
