  The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. My daughter got sick the day we left and prior to us leaving London we were allowed to stay for an extra 2 hrs... mitä ihmiset sanovat » in the apartment we used for her to rest, which helped her tremendously as we had a long flight back to Australia. Words cant describe how welcome we - The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.
