  From the welcome received on arrival through to picking up our bag from the luggage store later on our check-out day, everything at this hotel perfectly met our needs and fulfilled our expectations.   Our apartment was exactly as described, loads of room, lovely and clean and only 2mins walk from Canary Wharf Tube station - as long as you use the correct exit.   Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Although we had booked room only, because we were there for the London Marathon, the hotel provided fruit, a cereal bar and L - Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and
