  Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.

  Staff seemed friendly and accomodating - I only stayed for 1 night and the hotel was used just for a base. It was ideal for this, not too far from the tube, clean and the staff were friendly.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast.
