  The location was perfect, very central for the city's main attractions, especially the Minster and the railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early but they kept our bags and put them in the room when it was ready. Our room (Nr 2) was spacious with a very comfortable bed and, if the furniture was not new, it was... mitä ihmiset sanovat » very well maintained. The shower was a good size and there was heating both in the room and in the en-suite bathroom. Even though the reception is no - The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and since the room was ready, they let us go upstairs and freshen up before sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the wall. It was within walking distance to everything and had free parking for our rental car. I can highly recommend Gregorian House.

  The Hotel was perfect. Located 10 minutes stroll to York Centre. Hotel itself was of a very high standard. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend eating in the restaurant.   The room was spacious and clean. We were given a key code to get in as we were arriving when Heidi was out, it was a simple and no fuss system, we were able to put our bags in and go and explore York. The breakfast was hot and tasty and served with a smile. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with everything you could need. Our breakfast was fabulous! Just what we needed to kick start our day - even with added extras of homemade jams!
