  The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a club room in their sister hotel the "Mountcalm" that is located across the road. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed.   The attention to detail was superb, I even got a phone call from the owner to check I was ok and that I was comfortable. The private bathroom just across the tiny corridor was clean and fresh, the kitchen also for a catered apartment was also just across corridor and had all you needed to make your meal.
