  - Friendly, welcoming & accommodating staff. - Quiet room with blackout blinds & a delightfully quiet fridge. - Coffee/team making facilities. - Free use of computer in 'library' (sorry but can't remember if this is what the room was called). - The 'visitor' spaces: lounge areas & library. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet.
