Room on 5th floor was also very bright and quiet.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel itself was very nice and clean.

  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money.
