  Location is excellent - walking distance from 2 tube stations - Waterloo and Westminster. The area is buzzing with life - as it offers the best views of Big Ben and houses of Parliament and there are 3 main attractions - London Eye, Sea Life and London Dungeons.   Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

  This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms.   The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.
