  Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport.   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights (03.01-07.01) and I have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5 months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very clean and nice bath

The underground station has a great and convenient schedule so hotel is in perfect place to sightsee the city and leverage public transportation. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.
