We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. Fantastic location especially for original tour bus and St Pauls and Waterloo station although directions from station could have been clearer or more precise it took us three attempts. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.
