  Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Hotel is modern and stylish with a touch of elegance. An extra plus was the comfortable bathroom. Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

  We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years.   the apartment was lovely, clean and modern with every comfort. The heating was so good we had to turn it down. It is only 2 minuites walk to the tube station and very central to all attractions. The staff were excellent even thought we arrived late at night. The apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone.
