  Very comfortable room and bed, spacious enough, large bath. Staff (Andrew in particular) was fantastic, helping with city trip and travel planning, suggestions, opening hours, train schedules.   Our experience of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, fresh, clean, quiet at night and well catered for, food was good and we were very impressed.   We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. - I liked everythng about the hotel, as reflected in the tick box above,but mainly the location as the purpose of my visit was a concert at theRoyal Albert Hall

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... mitä ihmiset sanovat » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us.
