  The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

  Location was excellent - a short walk from Paddington. Room decor was a high standard with air con and power shower - Good location, near Hyde park, underground station 10 min walk away. Clean room, staff is ok.

  Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful. I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.
