Clean and neat rooms, very centrally located and next to a underground station with a shopping centre within walking distance and a good deli shop next door.   Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning excursions and with transportantion arrangements. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit
