  The location was amazing - right across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful oasis. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.

I dropped my suitcase at the reception in the morning as there were no free rooms at that time yet and did the check-in later in the afternoon. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side.   Room was good size for London, small by other standards but good for London! Bathroom was very good size for london! Overall, the room was well decorated, clean and had tea/coffee facilities,TV and was warm. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us.
