The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. It was a great location and I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Manchester. - Every thing was excelle
... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nt the staff were very very help full and polite. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.
