  Great hotel in a great location. Slightly out of the centre but only a 15 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars only five minutes away. The biggest comfiest bed I've slept in for ages. Really funky modern interior. Yes the rooms are small but perfectly formed. The shower is simply amazing. The room was spotless with clean bedding ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and towels every day. The receptionists were really efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again. - Really lovely staff that were very helpful indeed, polite and pro-active. Great modern vibe to the place, nice residents as well. Really well situated in a nice quiet but cool part of town, reminded me of a mini NY warehouse. Nice places to eat close by. Amazing power shower and LED TV over the bed. Very comfy bed with crisp white sheets, apparently egyptian? Yes I will be going back....

  The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything.   Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

We went out for a celebration dinner on Friday evening and I happened to mention that it was our 53rd wedding anniversary. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
