Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
