  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.   I had to change my travel plans at the last minutes and the staff were amazingly helpful. The flat was gorgeous and the location in the heart of the East end of London second to none. - close to the tube, close to the center, beautifull apartment with 2 bathrooms
