  The location was great. Very close to Lancaster Gate station and within walking distance to Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. The staff who received us on Sunday afternoon, 29Sep was very efficient & friendly. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.

  Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations
