  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  Well, very friendly, concerned staff. You can see that they really want to please you. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Another example is when I had to leave without getting the package I ordered on the Internet (it was delivered late after my check out) one of the man... mitä ihmiset sanovat » gers, Inese, wrote me an mail telling that they had got it and then sent it to my next hotel for me on the next day. Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.
