  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

  - Friendly, welcoming & accommodating staff. - Quiet room with blackout blinds & a delightfully quiet fridge. - Coffee/team making facilities. - Free use of computer in 'library' (sorry but can't remember if this is what the room was called). - The 'visitor' spaces: lounge areas & library.   So cosy to come back to after a busy day shopping etc. Room service and food wonderful. I would go back again. - Good staff, good sized and well appointed room. Very little noise during evening hours.

  It's my first time to stay in a hostel and it is even better than I expected. The frontdesk is very very friendly and helpful. Room (4 bed) is clean/quiet and has a wonderful window view of the St. Pancras Hotel across street. And, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It's pretty much in Central London and a 2 or 3 min walk to King Cross St. Pancras stat... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ion, a hub for several lines, which can take you to almost all main attractions with minimum change. I would definitely choose this hotel again for - Superb location, modern facilities and they happily give you hot water to refill your bottle in the cafe without extra charge. I stayed in a 6-bed female dormitory and everything worked out quite well. Yes, the window facing the street is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me. Remember to bring your own padlock if you want to use the locker. And cheppals :-)
