  Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building. Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters. Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c... mitä ihmiset sanovat » lean it ourselves. I do not recommend it at all. Thirdly, the - I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and will definetely be staying there again.

  I found the staff very friendly and helpful on reception. Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.
