  This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden. We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted p... mitä ihmiset sanovat » romptly and were supportive. The apartment overlooked St Pauls church square which was lovely and quiet. It fulfilled all our needs and more

  Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Absolutely everything about our stay was amazing. From the lovely and accommodating concierge (Daniel) to the amazing view of the shard from the penthouse terrace. This apartment defintely had the wow factor for my partners 30th Birthday. Everything was sleek and modern yet still very comfortable.
