  Hotel has a nice location right on Clapham Common. Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. Our room was really nice and spacious and had a massive ensuite with a bath and a walk in shower.The staff were all lovely and the service was ex... mitä ihmiset sanovat » cellent. The pub was very full and busy when we returned in the evening but our room was lovely and quiet even though it was on the same floor.Excelle - This is a wonderful haven from the busy city. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food. Bed was very comfy, got a good night's sleep. Very quiet! Free WiFi.

  This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. We had some problems in the bathroom in our room, but this was arranged quickly.
