  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. The lounge area was wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was magnificent. The fruit and complimentary water were nice.   Location was very good - close to Victoria Station but very quiet. There was an excellent place for breakfast 100m from hotel. - Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and facilities. Look no further.....
