  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful.   The apartment that I got is very nice. It was the apartment 1, on 55 Draycott Place, ground floor.There is a big siitting room, a bathroon, and another toilette. The bedroom is perfect.   Arrived early at the hotel, not wanting to drag our bags around London before we could check in, asked if we could leave them there, “Not a problem Sir”, was the reply. After having a luggage free day around Kensington we got back to the hotel and checked in. Our room was a triple room on the first floor, and it was surprisingly spacious. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. They clearly had recently done some repairs to the room and so the walls were a little tired but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was warm, infac
