  When I arrived my room wasn't ready yet but stuff was very helpful and gave me another room which was even bigger than the one i've booked. The room was very clean and everything inside is quite new.   We had 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children between the ages of 9 and 15. It was perfect for us. Clean, nice location....5 minute walk to underground and Camden Town Station (Camden Road is only a rail station, not underground). Would stay again without hesitation. The staff at the check in office were very nice, professional and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only in a Family Apartment which we can recommend to travellers like us. Everything a family with children would need when travelling was present at this apartment. There was enough space, the kitchen was of a good size, very clean and all possible utensils. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.
