All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  Fantastic location. Apartment 4 has it's own very nice balcony. Quiet at rear of property. Large apartment. Lots of cooking utensils for when not eating out at night. - It was in a very quiet spot considering how close to Buck Palace Rd we were. Really enjoyed the peace after hard day at work.

  When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.   Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.
