Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.   The hotel is super clean, both rooms and shared bathrooms. It has a beautiful green terrace and nice breakfast. Very close to metro station and the center of London. Staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our staff in the hotel before check-in and after check-out free of charge.   Room was good size for London, small by other standards but good for London! Bathroom was very good size for london! Overall, the room was well decorated, clean and had tea/coffee facilities,TV and was warm. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was even fairly big for London we thought. It is very close to 2 main tube stations - St. Pancras and Russell Square - both less than a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and there is an excellent little restaurant down the road: Burger and Shake.

Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us.
