  Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.

  We stayed 16/17 Apr as part of our house search in the Bournemouth area. Right from the start...booking in with a lovely young lady at reception, the warm welcome she gave us...we knew we had picked well. The personal attention given by taking us to our room, pointing out hotel facilities was excellent. We will definately book again. - One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   I booked two rooms online for the following night for myself and husband plus my very elderly parents. I requested level access if possible and Debbie was absolutely brilliant calling her other ground floor weekend guests to ask if they would mind moving upstairs - they didn't - and making sure there was a seat in the shower. Faultless! - The hosts, Debbie and Peter, were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and a good price. I wish we could've stayed longer as it was a really lovely room with a huge bed and sitting area in the bedroom. There's also a communal area downstairs which is very homely. The beach is only a short walk from the B&B and we walked to Bournemouth beach in the evening which took around 30 minutes.

Tomer is very friendly. He was asking the guests about the plans for the day or how they spent the previous day in Bournemouth, I liked that.
