  Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again.   The staff were really friendly. Any questions or quieries we had were ansered and they went out of there way to be helpful. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphre within the hotel. Value of money. We would love to come back and stay again. - The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. During my entire stay I felt welcomed. Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much. Itwas quiet and relaxing (ie no long children or noisy families) and thebreakfast was very good - a more than adequate variety (fresh, goodquality). The staff were nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.

  polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.
