Friendly helpful staff. Great room with a fantastic view overlooking the sea front. Well heated room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Very nice breakfast - lot of choice. Fab location. Substantial double glazing made room quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

friendly staff, fabulous food nothing was too much trouble. i can truly say that the accomodation and the entertainment made for a first class stay. i will definitely return. they are advertising special weekends for 2009 and we are interested in the "rocky horror" weekend in january. i think they do a murder mystery weekend as well. its so nice to

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. -

The lift to all floors was useful as my husband has arthritis. Breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the whole day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. -

After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and
changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received,
offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning
meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could
leave it in my room. The range of breakfast

food was superb. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was
very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced
to drink it) -
Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere!
The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure.
Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!
Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs
