  The owners really make you welcome, breakfast was brilliant, location was spot on, as we were a party of 8,didnt have to walk far for the Prom and bars. Had a good nights stay and would book this hotel again. - How friendly and helpful they were,Caren,the owner,took our luggage(four cases)up to our rooms before we realized! Full marks.

We only wanted to sleep here and have a good breakfast in the morning which we did.   Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.
