  The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations). The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world.   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

  The location is ideal for Hammersmith Apollo and very easy to get to. We received a warm welcome - even though they had no record of our booking from letsbookhotel.com - luckily they had vacancies and as I had my reservation e-mail they were able to honour the price paid.The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

  I had just one, very minor, irritation at The Kensington Studios. The AC machinery outside and below our room seemed not to stop at night. As i say, only a minor irritation as it didn't stop me from sleeping. Now the positives. My first visit to London was only aided by my stay at The Kensington Studios.   It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! - Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube.
