  After having experienced many problems in our departure from Rome, we arrived very late and exhausted at the Howard Hotel. We had a marvellous arrival with a complimentary bottle of champagne! Besides, the hotel has a good location (1 minute walk to Temple undergrond station) and offers a fantastic view of River Thames.   The staff were extremely firendly and helpful, and very willing to accomodate our early evening arrival. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
