  My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the street if you require groceries.   My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.
