All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition.   Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.
