We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.
The pool was delightful. -

The young man on reception was very welcoming & informative. The room was smaller than expected but clean with a small bathroom with a shower cubicle. Slept with the window open and could hear the distant motorway traffic. The attached pub was ok, at early evening a lot of kids so the noise level was quite high. -

It was perfect - we booked a room specifically for people with disability problems and we couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was very good as well!

Very polite, friendly staff. Quick book in. Excellent check out with credit card receipt placed under the bedroom door meaning only the key card had to be handed in.
