The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

This Guest House is managed by very polite and helpfull people! The location is fantastic on the river side near the Castle, just a little walk to restaurants and attractions on the city centre. Breakfast is very good, home made and always with a lot of care from the owners! I'll recomend to every one! I'll go back again if I'll be around!

Mary, the proprietor, contacted me prior to the arrival date and gave me clear directions on how to find the apartment. On arrival Mary was waiting to show me around the property and explain the entry/exit systems, fire alarms etc.

Apartment 208 at By the Bridge was a great place to stay during our short break in Inverness.
Stylish and well appointed, with quality furniture and linens, this one-bedroom apartment was perfectly located with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The underground car park was easy to find and very convenient.
The pre-arrival information was very clear & helpful and key pick-up was straightforward.

Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money. Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.
