A beautiful, luxurious, spacious apartment with every conceivable gadget in the kitchen, a beautiful lounge and dining room, two full bathroom and shower suites and so centrally located for the town centre, walks by the river, access to the railway station, taxis, buses and the airport. I would recommend these apartments to anyone with even a modest budget. You will never be disappointed.I Have stayed there on three separate occasions already this year and will be back again very soon.
kaikki arvostelut » We can't say enough about this place; absolutely fantastic! For a family traveling with adult children, the space was ideal - very roomy and comfortable. The furnishings are lovely and it was very clean. We were all quite amazed with the location (right in the middle of shopping & sites), the size of the apartment, the furnishings, the little things like having detergent for the laundry, tea & coffee, cookies, etc., the attention to detail and cleanliness. Everything The staff were really helpful and attentive The apartment itself was really well fitted out The detail in the guest handbook was excellent so that using appliances was very easy Other details were thoughtfully provided eg the soap dispenser in the bathroom, the real milk in the fridge and a constant supply of dish-washing tablets! We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night and this was easily managed by staff. The location right on High Street at the city center beside the River Ness, across the Inverness Castle and near shops/restaurants; the very tastefully decorated, most spacious and beautiful 2-bedroom apartment; complete facilities- flat TVs in every room, large comfortable sofa, easy wifi access, washer/dryer/ref/freezer/microwave oven/ove, etc., gracious welcome and service by Gary, the suite manager, spotless cleaning!!!!. This is a really nice place....and at affordable price compared to hotel rooms......with the bonus of having your own living room and kitchen.....we needed to stay another extra day travelling back up home....we decided to call them first and we got the penthouse suit for nearly the same price as the double bedroom flat....which was really great...staff are really friendly....would stay here again....... was a lovely well appointed building. Very modern and the young lady we spoke to at check in/ out was very friendly. you don't get much more central than inverness city suites. we had booked a 1 bed apartment but as they had a 2 bed one with no guests we got upgraded. we hadn't asked for this so it was a lovely surprise. The apartment we were in was huge. Perfect location in the city centre, just opposite of town hall and castle. Parking is possible within a two minutes walk, drop off zone in front of the main entrance. Perfect facilities, complete kitchen, Is definitely worth its money. Having stayed in Scotland for two weeks, this was our favorite!. A group of friends have recently stayed at the Inverness Suite...we were not disappointed! The location was superb and the suites were spacious, clean and ideal for a group of 4 ladies! I would highly recommend the apartment if you wish to visit the highlands...Isle of Skye is a must!. A modern apartment providing all the facilities we could have required (we made use of the washing machine and dryer). Comfy beds, great locality. Secure parking available, grocery shops around the corner. Very spacious appartment, elegant/luxurious feel, clean/well kept and appeared recently renovated, well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Very fast and stable wi-fi. Very convenient location. Welcoming friendly staff. Clean, warm and comfortable environment. Lovely to have milk and plenty tea and coffee provided. Comfy beds and lovely towels. Central location but not noisy. This was one of the nicest apartments we have all stayed in. Facilities were excellent and top quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. We are all looking forward to our return. Had trouble locating the hotel,but manager very helpful and came dow to meet us on the street. It is in the mid of the city and close to everything. Staff was very helpful. We stayed in apartment 3 on the first floor and had everything we needed. A little clothesline in the bathroom will be useful. N/A. Loved our whole stay. There was nothing not to like!!!!. No Lift, however requested first floor when I booked as my mum has mobility issues and we were allocated first floor which was excellent. Secure parking was not secure, drinking teenagers in the car park were abusive. No lift in apartments which made it difficult when returning with shopping bags, buggy etc. Only able to stop in parking bay for limited time to unpack, not a huge deal but having travelled for several hours in the car with a child we were slightly disorganised on arrival as to what could stay in car/come into hotel etc Car park-although near by found it a little inconveniewit having to open/close the two security security gates. Nothing - loved them!. Young people at night are aggressive & wild. No lift, poor sound insulation from nearby bars late at night. Even with a gps, finding the check-in and unloading area was a bit difficult. The soundproofing is not so good. We could hear our friends talking in another room. No Lift. Nothing. No elevators. Not wheelchair accessible which is a shame as the apartments are excellent. All rooms at least one flight or more of stairs to reach. Lot of water damage on ceilings and walls, noisy in lounge and back bedroom. Unloading luggage a bit of challenge. No lift. Very difficult if you are 2 floors up. Ltd hours for checkin. Sot Softer pillows please!. No lift and had to cart luggage down two flights of stairs. Also took ages to find the place as was using a gps and the paved roads presented some problems. Guest should be alerted to this. There was nothing to not like. Google map directions to get there. Stairs upto 2nd floor !. nothing. Noisey floorboards they were really really bad. When someone walked around that was all you could here. If you got up at night you woke everyone else up. The noise and music from pub below. Lack of mugs/cups only one chipped mug and two small cups.

A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit will be pre-authorised and is refundable after departure, subject to a damage/loss inspection of the accommodation. There is an unloading bay outside the front entrance for all arrivals. Free private parking is available opposite the apartments. Check-in outside the stated times must be arranged with the hotel in advance. The contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Apartments are located on first, second and third floors. Please note there is no lift, although porterage is normally available. The one-bedroom apartments are located next door to the main Inverness City Suites building. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
