Karl and his team were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us. The children's facilities were brilliant and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thanks to the team for providing us with an early breakfast and for cleaning our bedroom later in the day at our request. I would recommend the Premier Inn in High Wycombe to anyone with

the staff went out of their way to ensure that we got our boys to bed on our late arrival before handling the check in which was great. everyone was so friendly we were made to feel immediately at home. the inclusive breakfast was amazing, room spotless and dining room so comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

It was a lovely hotel except for the children who were running around all evening banging doors and then again at 6.30 in the morning when we told reception they said many people had complained about this group of people and they were sorry I thought the policy of the premier inn was if you dident get a good nights sleep you got a refund ? -

Even though the hotel was so close to the M40 our room was free from traffic noise and was obviously sound proofed to an extent as we heard hardly any noise from other guests rooms.

Everything! The wonderful attitude of the staff, the beautiful grounds, the comfortable room, the free tea and coffee and provision of Sunday papers and the late check-out time on Sunday. We had a wonderful night's stay and would definitely recommend Uplands to our friends. - Really unusual setting. Liked the chalet style rooms and the 'monastry'
