  A beautiful cosy cottage in a fabulous location. The cottage was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing break. Excellent choice. - A lovely little cottage which was warm and comfortable. Super wood burning stove. Logs available. Perfect stay but too short.

  One of the most peaceful hotels we have ever stayed in, set in rural North Yorkshire on the edge of the North York Moors, with a large and quiet garden. We received a friendly welcome and were well looked after during our stay. The hotel had a very 'old fashioned' feel about it which was delightful, and a welcome contrast to impersonal corporate... mitä ihmiset sanovat » style hotels so often encountered. The food was very good, and appeared to have been fresh and locally sourced, but fell a little short of gourmet. - The food was excellent. Peaceful and quiet. Location wonderful - could walk out onto Rosedale Moor, very convenient. The visit to Lastingham Church and famous crypt was superb.
