  The location was excellent, the arrangements were incredibly easy. The thoughtfulness to provide parking permits was welcome and the accommodation was superb for 4 adults. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my specific needs. The accommodation was to a high standard. I would use and recommend them in future.

  Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  The room was very well appointed and decorated. It was very large, bright and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide section. The bar snacks were nicely presented and good vaule for money. Service was excellent and housekeepng was of a very high standard. It was very comfortable, the breakfasts very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful.   It was convenient for the two places we wanted to visit. We felt that whilst the hotel was basic the receptionist and the catering staff were first class and made our brief visit a good experience.   Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.
